Throughout life, there are seasons of change, sometimes for the better, and other times with great difficulty. We believe that God did not create us to live alone, and there is more joy in walking through these times with someone beside us, than by ourselves. “They will help you bear the burden of the people so that you do not have to bear it by yourself” (Numbers 11:17b).
Pines to Palms offers Care Management and Mental Health Therapy services. Often times, while working through the process of healthcare, it common to have emotions that are difficult to manage. Likewise, while uncovering some emotional problems in life, often times it requires assistance handling specific tasks going on around those emotions. We are able to offer both services to help our clients thrive without barriers.
We have experience in private and non-profit settings for both Care Management and Mental Health Therapy, and are dedicated to helping others achieve their greatest quality of life, especially through life’s toughest trials. As Certified Care Managers and Professional Members of the Aging Life Care Association, our goal is to help by overseeing needs ranging from crisis intervention, working with physicians, hospital and discharge planning, helping to provide guidance for care and future planning. In Therapy, we have worked with various age groups and presenting problems from children, substance abuse, adults, to seniors and caregivers. With Social Work background, we focus on the person as a whole, to help guide others in how to move past some of the darkest times. Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, and as if you will never be able to look past your current situation. But, there is hope. Our goal is for you to feel hope at the end of each session while tackling the problems you are facing today, together, while walking with you on the journey of your healing.
